The sky was clear and the condition of the snow was good thanks to the snowfall until yesterday. Because today was an ideal day for skiing, so the gondola had a long line at around 10:00 a.m. even though today was a weekday. The summit area was also crowded with people, but I could ski down at my own pace in the wide slope of Gezan Course.

The slope of South which is facing Happo was also wide, so people skied and snowboarded with high speed. Especially, the part on the skier’s left side was quiet, so the corduroy pattern on the fresh slope remained for a long while.

In the beginning and middle parts of Sunny Valley Course, snowboarders enjoyed the changeable landform on the sides of the course. The snow was nicely soft and remained in good condition in spite of the warm sunlight. The slope had not got rough still, so I could ski comfortably from the top to the bottom.

While Mountain Side was crowded, I met only a few people in Village Side. The groomed slope of upper Paradise was expanded today, so we could make wide turns. Thanks to that, this area looked to be much easier to try for beginners.
