20032105_happoThe sun was reaching the slopes through thin clouds. Panorama Course is in good condition with moderately firm wet snow! At the start and in the middle, there was a hard spot, but I was able to repeat my turn from top to bottom.

20032102_happoAlpine Quad started moving about 30 minutes behind schedule due to prolonged inspections of strong winds yesterday. Along the non-groomed area of Kurobishi 3 Pair (pictured), fresh snow blew in 15 to 20 cm. Because it was packed with the wind, I was able to take on the challenge with almost not touching bottom.

20032103_happoAlong Kurobishi Quad of groomed snow, it firm well and I saw a snowball. However, because the surface was loose, I skied without any problems. Usagidaira (pictured) is soft snow. Risen Slalom course was sorbet-like. As I skied down, more layers are loosened.

My third-year junior high school son (pictured right) was going to participate in tomorrow’s kids skiing technique competition, but the competition has been canceled.” His son also said, “It is pity that the camp scheduled for today was cancelled. I was supposed to get coaching by the demonstrator.”
