As expected, the cold began to return from last night as expected, and it was a snowfall! Two people from Osaka Prefecture said, “I’m always watching. When I gave up the strong winds in the morning yesterday and went to Tsugaike, I lined up at the ticket counter for more than 20 minutes. On the early skier’s left of the Riesen, the uncompressed portion of the skier’s left was filled with fresh snow about 20 cm. I enjoyed the powder run without worrying about the tight undulation of the groundwork! The compacted snow part was hard undulation and fresh snow was riding 5-10 cm, and it was rough with many people’s spurs, but it felt easy to turn.

Following yesterday, the upper part of the ski area was also hit by strong winds this morning, and only two of them, Nakiyama No. 3 Triple and Riesen Quad, moved on time. At around 8:40, the third international pair starts operation. Fresh snow easily floated in the non-compacted snow area (pictured) along the gondola of 25-30cm.

At the Hakuba Jump Arena at the foot, the snowstorm above the ski area was like a lie and the snowfall was gentle. The movie “Hinomaru Soul-Heroes Behind the Scenes” scheduled to be released in June (starring Kei Tanaka) was finished on Feb, 12 (Wed), but I am woundering it was taken well in this lack of snow ?
