The strongest cold wave of this season came, and I felt colder than the officially announced temperature of -12 ° C on the ski slope and -6 ° C on the lower part in the morning. Some customers said, “This is the coldest day of the season.” At the time of the blizzard at the alpine quad lift landing (pictured), my fingertips became instantly numb.

The expected snowfall continued from yesterday morning to this morning. However, the snow was light because it was too cold, and it was taken to the north wind that sometimes blows strongly, so the fresh snow amount was about 10 to 20 cm at the top of the ski slope.Along the third pair of Kurobishi, there was a glimpse of cheers one after another.

About 20 cm of fresh snow along the third pair of Kurobishi was packed by the wind. There was a feeling that the board would get stuck when sliding slowly, and I enjoyed it if I got to some speed. The advanced riders skied brilliantly, ignoring the underlying bumps, and the intermediates struggled.

The steep slope on the non-compressed snowy steep slope along the Alpine Quadrift had a large underground bump and a “fluffy” slippery taste. A lot of people slipped in with thin gas coming out in addition to fine and dry snow coming from the side. It is forecast that the weather will recover once tomorrow.
