Happo-one / ○185cm / Snowy2020.Jan.31

20013101_happoFollowing the yesterday, the traditional race “Risen Slalom Tournament” has been held since the early morning. The trees around the Risen Slalom course are completely white due to the cold and snowfall since last night. With the cold coming back during this time, my fingertips felt cold before my body warmed up.

20013102_happoFresh snow is about 15cm along the third pair of Kurobishi. It was unmistakable powder snow, but the irregular undulations underneath it were so hard that every time it cut an edge. Dropped people noticed a loss of balance and falling.

20013103_happoEven at Kurohishi, the compact snow burn was very slippery. Fresh snow rides about 1 cm in a well-tightened area, edge biting, board running was the best conditions. The advanced person who turns carefully with beautiful slips left an impression.

20013104_happoThe compacted area of the skyline course felt tighter than Kurobishi. Anyway, there is no mistake in the slippery condition. Immediately after the opening of the business, the upper part of the ski area was covered with gas and the wind was almost calm. From around 8:30am a very cold northwest wind began to blow sometimes.
