“Asaichi (Early-morning) Risen” event was held today for the first time this season! Anyone can enjoy the first track as long as they have a valid lift ticket, including a one-day ticket and a season pass. (※Unless it’s a fixed time ticket, such as AM-ticket.) People were waiting for Nakiyama No.3 Triple in a line, which was about 30 m long, around 6:45 a.m. just before the event began.

[Risen Slalom Course]

20012602_happoThe route is about 3.6 m long from Risen to Nakiyama and Public Course. My ski edges dug into the hard compacted snow and I enjoyed skiing smoothly. The snow surface was soon covered with soft, dry, shaved snow as people went down one after another.

20012603_happoKokusai No.3 Pair and Panorama Pair started working at 7:45. I enjoyed carving turns on the firmly compacted snow in Panorama Course. “We look forward to your reports. We’ll ski in a single file. Please take a photo of us!”, skiers coming from Kanto and staying together said.
[Panorama Course]

20012604_happoThe compacted snow was nice both in Panorama and Usagidaira Slope. “We look forward to your reports!”, two skiers from Aichi (pictured) said. I also had a chat with another man from Aichi. Thank you all for talking to me as usual.
