Happo-one ×30cm / Snowy & Sunny2019.Nov.30

19113001_happo“Big inning” with heavy snow! At the middle and upper area, we had much more snow last night than we had expected.  I went up Kurobishi Rindo (※ Closed during winter) in my car to the middle area of Skyline Course, and then walked to Kurobishi Slope in the 25~30 cm – fluffy fresh snow.

[Skyline Course]

19113002_happoIt was sunny at the foot at 7:30 a.m., while it was snowy at Kurobishi Slope. The area in front of Cafeteria Kurobishi was all white, covered with 30~35 cm of snow. It was not very chilly without wind.

19113003_happoSnow was about 30~35 cm deep along Kurobishi No.2 Quad. Actually, I did not expect such amount of snow at first glance as there were tall Japanese Silver Grass. I suppose the ground will still keep storing heat for a while as the snow at the bottom layer was wet.

19113004_happoIn the middle and lower area, the snow was about 20 cm deep at Kitaone Course (in the photo), 7~10 cm deep at Sakka Slope, and 5 cm in front of Gondola. “Winter Glamping Dinner Tour Après & Dining” will be held at Kitaone FIELD SUIT HAKUBA from December 13 (Fri).(※ Fully booked between December 13 and 19.)
