It was warm and heavy rain the night before. From yesterday evening temperature dropped suddenly as winter pressure and there was snow at the base. About 8cm dry snow at bottom of Kurobishi (altitude about 1,500m). I felt intense cold of northwest wind blowing, I started hike up with snow jacket.

Around 8:00 am it was light snow, shortly thereafter blowing strongly. Snow covered about 11-14cm at Usagidaria slope. It was totally frozen ground of the slope.

Snow clouds constantly flowing from the northwest, It was on the ridgeline of the Northern Alps. However there was less clouds on east sky and could see sunlight reaches(photo). Tenbo slope, the new steep slope from this season, the bushes are high so it needs large amount of snow to be able to slide.

This Strong cold brought snow at bottom of ski field 3 days earlier than last year. Whole slopes became white with snow at Panorama Course and Skyline Course. There was light snow at Olympic Course Ⅱ, Kitaone and Sakka. At 9:30 am there was snowing at the base of ski field.
