Happo One / ◎250cm / Sunny2019.Feb.25

19022501_happoThere were almost no snow and frozen area on the roads, so no traffic jam. After March, we don’t feel cold not so much in slopes, so we can enjoy different things from January and February. “We always read your reports!” Two visitors from Nagoya talked to us. There were high-clouds and no wind, so it was warm morning.
[Usagidaira Slope]
19022502_happoThe area of Usagidaira and Panorama Course had fine dried granular snow. On the other hand, at the bottom of slopes, from the middle of Central Course to Shirakaba Slope, there was soft granular snow. We could enjoy sliding down in each area.
[Central Course]
19022503_happoWe expected the weather would become worse early but we thought it would be nice to sliding down on the groomed burns of the bottom area in empty slopes. In Usagidaira and Panorama, there were a lot of people, including the skiers who were seemed to attend ‘All Japan Skiing Skill Competition’ from Mar. 6th (Wed.), despite weekday.
[Shirakaba Slope]
19022504_happoIt’s  season of moguls from March to April. It was easy to slide down on dried soft granular snow along Alpine quad lift with big and deep moguls. Some people talked to us, “It’s warm today.” “It’s like spring.”
