In these years, the snowing dates at the ski area in the beginning of winter are as follows; 2014-15 Oct. 17→Nov. 3→Nov. 13, 2015-16 Oct. 31→Nov. 3→Nov. 11, 2016-17 Nov. 1→Nov. 2→Nov. 3→Nov. 9. In this season, 2017-18, the snow started to fall earlier than the last several years, Oct. 19 (Thu)→Oct. 23 (Mon)→and today, Oct. 30 (Mon). In this morning, although it was raining in the mountain foot, it was snowing in the upper part from Sakka Area and fine snow was falling with the strong north wind in Kurobishi.

The small-corn snow had 1－2 mm snowflakes. Sometimes, the sunlight was cast into here. Tomorrow, it will be sunny according to the weather forecast, so we will make a report of Riesen Grat.
