We had a fine day typical of March. A family from Kyoto Pref. gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!” and said, “My son will take Junior Ski First Grade Test tomorrow.” By the way, tomorrow is “Ski Kids Day” and children under 12 y/o will be free of charge.

Contrary to my expectation, the south area of Usagidaira, the slope along Kurobishi No.2 Quad and Panorama Course were nicely firm and in good condition. Especially, the wide and flat run of Panorama Course was highly recommended in this morning.

The snow changed into corn snow in Central Course. The upper part was a little hard, but the lower part was melting and soft because of the sunlight. When I skied down to Shirakaba, the snow was nicely melting.

In this early morning, 2 people from Kanagawa and Oita Pref. gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!” Surprisingly, the skier from Oita Pref. comes to Hakuba often and he said, “I take the airplane from my hometown to Tokyo, and then, I get into Nagano by Shinkansen.” Today, many people greeted and cheered me. Thank you all!!
