Hakuba47 / ◎190cm / Snowy2020.Feb.26

20022601_goryu47Yesterday afternoon rain turned into snow in the evening and continued to fall until morning.  At the lower part of Route 3 of non-compacted snow, wet fresh snow is about 15cm.  This morning, in addition to the light snowfall of fine particles, the visibility of the ski area was poor due to dense gas in the ski area.

[Route 4]

20022602_goryu47Due to this gas, few people entered the advanced lane at 47PARKS.  The 6m kicker on the intermediate lane was popular, and there were a wide range of entries from beginner to advanced.  Slope was tightened moderately, and each item was put in with confidence because each item was well maintained.

[Route 4]

20022603_goryu47Route 5 (photo) and Route 6 also have moderately compacted snow conditions.  Although the board ran well, most people slipped at a reduced speed.  Route 7 was a compact snow compact in the first half, and the second half of the non-compact snow was “almost flat ground + fresh snow 5-10cm”.

[Route 5]

20022604_goryu47In the lower part of Route 1, fresh snow was riding about 10 cm on a nearly flat barn even without non-compacted snow.  Although the base was hard, the fresh snow became a cushion and it was slippery.  However, when the spurs entered and the groundwork became exposed, the edges became easier to shift.
