Spring Discount Season starts today and No.5 Pair and No.3 Quad finishes the operation. The 1-day lift pass prices are as follows; Mar. 21－Mar. 26, Adult JPY2,800, Child JPY1,600, Mar. 27－Apr. 2, Adult JPY2,000, Child JPY1,200. The damp snow was falling when I got off No.2 Quad, while it was drizzling in the base area.

In the beginning part of Ikenota, the slope of soft corn snow was covered with thin damp snow and it made me slow down. However, the lower part was much better to ski thanks to the smooth wet snow. Although today was a weekday after holidays, the ski area was crowded with people at 9:00 a.m. already.

It was foggy in the upper area and the trees were whitened a little with frost around the upper station of No.4 Pair. I could ski comfortable on the groomed slope covered with 3cm fresh snow in Mt. Hieda Rinkan Course. The slope of Itadaira Course was also groomed well, nicely soft and covered with heavy fresh snow. The snow did not disturb me, so I could make turns easily.

Ipponmatsu Course was in the similar condition with Ikenota, but the lower part was good with corn snow. It was warm in the base area and was drizzling there.
