Hakuba Iwatake / △125cm / Sunny2020.Feb.29

20022901_iwatakeThe sun sometimes came out, although it was cloudy. There was no wind. It got warm in the spring-like sunlight before one hour had passed since the slope opened. The resort was crowded with people, including people taking lessons and visitors from foreign countries.
[South Slope]
20022902_iwatakeEvery item was in good condition in DC PARK in North Slope. My skis ran smoothly in the wet, firm snow.
[North Slope]
20022903_iwatakeThe compacted wet snow was moderately firm in the upper part of Sawa Course. However, the snow was melting and loose in the lower part. I enjoyed gaining speed in the firm snow in the flat East Slope.
[Sawa Course]
20022904_iwatakeMy skis ran smoothly in South Slope and Gezan Course, although the snow was melting and loose in the sunlight. The snow was granular in Sunny Valley Course but sleety in Paradise Slope. (Some bushes were uncovered with snow in the lower part of Sunny Valley.)
