Hakuba Iwatake / △105cm / Snowy2020.Feb.06
The temperature was -10 ℃ in both upper and lower parts of Snowfield as the big chill came. The hard compacted snow was covered with about 1 cm of fresh snow in South Slope. It was sometimes difficult to keep my ski edges glipping, although there was sufficient snow without bush.
[South Slope]
The soft compacted snow was covered with about 3 cm of soft fresh snow in East Slope, which was nice. “We’ll stay overnight tonight. It’s a beautiful day.”, two snowboarders from Aichi said.
[East Slope]
The west wind was blowing in North Slope, although it was not windy in East and South Slope. There was about 3 cm of fresh snow on the firmly compacted snow in North Slope. Each item was in good condition in DC PARK, not to mention the slope.
[North Slope]
About 3 cm of light fresh snow covered the firmly compacted slope in both VIEW C and D. Members of “Snow Panther”, an official demo ski club at Kyoto University, posed for the photo in front of Skyark, while they were in a meeting.
