Goryu & 47 / ×3cm / Cloudy2021.Nov.12
The ALPS360 terrace, which expanded its area to the north, received about 2 cm of snow on the six tables (pictured). It was raining at the base station around 8 am, but the rain turned into sleet when I was halfway up the Toomi Slope on Goryu Telecabin. Large wet flakes of snow were falling when I reached Alps Daira.
[ALPS360]
The upper area of Panorama Course was blanketed with up to 3 cm of snow (pictured), while the middle and bottom area was covered with about 2 cm of snow. The gentle west wind was blowing when I reached the top, although there was no wind when I was in Goryu Telecabin Sancho station. I wondered it’s just started blowing or it’s because of the difference in elevation.

The upper Grand Prix Course received about 3 cm of snow (pictured). The ground was quite cool so no water was seeping up through the earth. Snow had accumulated up to 3~4 cm on the tables by the time I went back to ALPS360 after an hour.
