Kashimayari / ◎225cm / Sunny2019.Feb.18
It was sunny and no wind, so good for skiing & snowboarding! ‘WEST FIVE WAVE’ produced by proffesional snowboarder, Fujita Kazushige, is open in Course 5-A. You can enjoy sliding with wave, bank and lands.
[Course 5-A]
Course 5-A was compacted well with powdered snow, so edges caught snow and we could turn as we like. There are a lot of intermediates and advanced sliders making big turns and using the 5th pair lift in the morning. Course 5-B and 5-C were not groomed and there were some big moguls, so we needed some techniques to slide down.
[Course 5-A]
Kashimayari Slope was compacted well and it was easy to slide down on the groomed burn. Powdered snow was compacted in Course 1-A and the condition was good to slide down at a high speed especially in steep slopes at the last stage with soft snow.

A couple from Nagano talked to us, “Wow! Snownavi! We sometimes come to Kashimayari Slope. We are excited because it’s so sunny and the condition of snow is also fine!” Kurosawa Slope was also compacted well with groomed powdered snow. The early stage of Ipponbuna Downhill Course was compacted well and from the middle to Nakatsuna Beginners Slope was a little bit hard.
